Ice Breaker? Ice Cream!!

Hey Everyone,

My name is Kelsey Unger. I'm brand new to the world of real estate investing, still looking to make my first purchase. My main goal right now is to learn the ins and outs of the industry, and purchase my first property before the start of 2018.

On the reading list right now is:

The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing (Brandon Turner)

The Miracle Morning (Hal Elrod)

The Book on Rental Property Investing (Brandon Turner)

Since these first posts are more meant as an Ice breaker, I'll throw out that my favourite kind of ice cream is vanilla, because it pairs with toppings so well, and tastes good by itself. Do you disagree? Why?

I look forward to meeting all of you and seeing where this leads,

Kelsey

@Steve B. Haha! Way to kill the vibes on this thread.

I am also a Vanilla guy. I really don't understand all these other flavors, Vanilla is perfect, no need to improve upon perfection.

I am glad my book was mentioned in this list by @Keith Kellermeyer! I am currently about to re-read "the Compound Effect" by Darren Hardy, and just finished up the autobiography of ben franklin by... well, I can't recall who wrote that one. Oh well ;)
