New to BiggerPockets in Knoxville
Hi guys-
I'm new to BiggerPockets but my husband and I been listening to the podcasts for a while. We just bought a HomeVestors franchise (nation's #1 home buying company) in Knoxville, TN and will be buying houses to assign, wholesale and rehab. I recently resigned my job so I can focus on running the day-to-day of our business full-time.
We've met some investors through the KnoxREIA group and are looking for partners to purchase our wholesale properties for holding or flipping. We currently have 4 single-family houses under contract. Here's to jumping in feet first!
