Hello everyone! I currently live in Fullerton (Orange County) and own a a SFH secured through a VA loan. I'm excited to become an active member here and start participating in the local meet-ups (I'll be attending the Irvine meet-up on the 26th). I'm especially interested in finding a duplex in Orange County or finding a partner outside the LA area where real estate is more affordable. Looking forward to this real estate investment journey.
