I am fairly new to flipping , BRRR strategy. i have experience in negotiating and rehab. i need to meet/ team up with some one experienced. i understand on paper how flipping or brrr is executed but i have no practical experience. i want to meet with someone who can fly me through a deal or two which ever way they can help me. please PM
