I am new to BiggerPockets. I am in the Pittsburgh area and looking for advice on how to find great deals and get my first time funding. Any suggestions?

    @Preston Gealy

    First of all welcome to BP! Glad to have you here.

    I agree with @Allan Rosso a good investor friendly real estate agent will help.

    About your funding that will all depend on the criteria of the lender. Do you have any cash to start investing with?
