Hi everyone. There is a ton of knowledge on this website and just trying to take it all in.I do alot of reading trying to get a understanding on how everything works.Im new to the real estate world and want learn as much as i can and just dive in and get started. I want to buy, rehab and flip for profit. I enjoy that kind of work.Im sure I will learn whatever i need to know right here. Thanks for your time!
