Newbie Mark from Los Angeles, CA
My name is Mark Wurtemberg from Los Angeles, CA. Married 17 years with 3 small kids. I was born on Long Island, New York, but moved to Cali when I was 3. I have dipped my feet in many different careers with my current JOB (jump outta bed) in Logistics.
I have been a Landlord for over 10 years now with just 1 door. However, 3 months ago I turned the 1 door into 4 doors. (smile) My goal is to increase my portfolio of properties by purchasing 3 or more doors per year to allow me to leave my JOB and do real estate investing full-time. I learned about BiggerPockets through the podcast Real Estate Investing for Cash Flow with Kevin Bupp.
