New to BP from Paragould, AR
Hey everybody. Glad to have found this site a few days ago. Lots of info on here along with a good friend - Jonathan, in Little Rock. Retired from AT&T after 32+ years in '05, started selling real estate in Jan., '05, and started my own agency in Sept., '07. I have 1 deal, as far as investing, under my belt. Did ok on it. Now I am ready to flip enough properties to purchase some rental property or find a real bargain on a rental now. Hope you get to see a few projects from me before too long.
