New investor in the Tallahassee, FL market. Looking to invest in Leon and Wakulla county area. Primarily focused on fix and flip and transition to fix and hold property while holding a full time job. Would like to link up with local investors and wholesalers. All advise is appreciated. I am brand new to the real estate investing but have a good bit of fixer upper and residential construction knowledge. Looking forward to getting started.
