Newbie Here... Nice to Meet You All
Hello everyone. I'm from Bourbonnais, IL and I'm brand new here. I'm happy to have found your community, as I am interested in learning about real estate investing. I'm particularly interested in buy and hold and tax liens.
Years ago (and for several years) I worked for a real estate attorney and gained a good deal of knowledge about how real estate works in general. I also spent a few years working as a Research Assistant for an appraisal company, which also offered me a great educational experience as well. I would like to learn more specifically about the investing/money making side of real estate and how I can possibly make a small business out of it.
