Newb from Oklahoma City

Hello everyone.

I have been lurking around for about a week or so on your board, I like what i see as far as a nice community that is willing to help out people. I am interested in getting my feet wet in the real estate game. I would like to start out trying to bird dog. Mobile homes, and SFR is where i feel most comfortable, but would be willing to learn whatever is necessary to succeed.

I am 29 years old have a college degree, and am a quick study of most anything.

If anyone has any tips they would like to share that would be great. Any questions you have for me, i will do my best to answer them.
