Trip through midwest for OOS investment

Hi everyone. This is my first post on BP. I'm planing to take a trip down to the midwest in November (Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, and Indy) to get some understanding on these markets and setup a team in one of these cities. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on realtors, and property management companies, etc. Any information or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
