Newbie from Plano (North Dallas), Texas
Hi Everyone!
So glad I found BP and I'm looking to learn and grow a lot. My Name is Bryan Nagaishi and I'm originally from CA and moved out to TX about 8 months ago. Always been interested in RE but prices just seem outrageous in CA so I packed up and made my way to Texas were we see tons of growth!
Originally a electrical engineer designing commercial buildings. Also a licensed broker in CA for the past 3 years, and just got my RE sales license in TX. Looking to find some good people, find a niche in RE, and to build up some cash (via flipping, whole-selling, etc)! End game is to own some rental properties to have some passive income.
