Hi Everyone! I'm a longtime listener to the bigger pockets podcast and I am just making my way to these forums. I'm based in Albany, NY with my husband and baby girl. We are going to be in the market for our next deal in feb/march so I figured it would be good to start networking now! These forums are great resources.
At this point, we are looking to network with others in the capital district to see what has worked for them. We are a buy and hold family with a few properties. our most recent was a full rehab job in Troy that we are wrapping up right now. We need our next property to be a little less time intensive. Any wholesalers/ selling agents out there who want to connect would be great!
