New Member from Eureka, CA looking to invest in Bakersfield, CA

My name is Seth Wasylyszyn.  I grew up in LA county but moved around quite a bit after joining the military. I got out in 2015 and recently moved to Eureka, CA from Washington with my son.  I've spent the last year reading dozens of books, taking courses, and researching real estate.  Robert Kiyosaki, the Rich Dad Company, and Bigger Pockets have been an incredible influence in my real estate education, so I decided to join and introduce myself.

I'm a single father and a Dialysis Technician here in Eureka.  I'm most interested in multi-family rentals and already have a few pinpointed in Bakersfield, CA.

I've established a team here in Eureka, CA, but at the moment, I found it best to invest in another market for various reasons.  I've been researching a few and am interested in the Bakersfield market.  I'm interested in getting to know a few people in Bakersfield and establish some contacts in the area.
