Hello fellow BP members,

I'm new to BP and new to real estate investing. I've been investing in the securities market for few years and within a year, I'm looking to reduce my position and invest in cash flowing real estate.

I'm looking to learn as much as possible about real estate investing on here and connect with people who are interested in connecting with me.

I'm interested in the buy and hold strategy for cash flow. I'm looking to purchase my first property within the next year and looking to invest about 50k-150k on my first property. I'm currently interested in MFH.

I'm currently living in Hawaii and the prices here are a bit crazy so i'm thinking about investing out of state.

Please feel free to message me about anything. Looking forward to connnecting with you all.

Henry.
