Hello BiggerPockets, I’m an enthusiastic big picture minded individual looking to dive into the exciting world of REI. I’ve read books and articles on Flipping and acquiring Rental Properties, however they can only get me so far, as I’m the type of person that learns by doing. Thank you for the warm welcoming.
