New to BP and to Little Rock
Hello BP! I'm new to investing in Central Arkansas and would love to network a bit. These podcasts are outstanding, so I figured the site must be worth checking out, too. This place is great. I can't wait to learn more.
My plan (for now) is to focus on multi-family properties, beginning in Little Rock. I welcome any advice, connections or deals.

@Jared Lillard welcome to real estate investing in the central Arkansas area. I've been building a portfolio for the last few years here in Little Rock / North Little Rock and have learned a lot.
