Investing full time in Spokane County since 07'. Wholesaling about 4 per month & flipping 2, currently.

@David J. , I’ve been a full time investor for 4 years. I flip a couple at a time, wholesale occasionally, and building a rental portfolio. 

I'm actually in Seattle but am planning to move my family over to Spokane in the next 10-18 months. I am from the area originally and am looking to invest now and increase my investing once we get over there.

I own a few businesses now and will both relocate and manage remotely as needed. I essentially have 4-6 months "off" each year which is handy. Looking for connections in the area ... Thanks for posting!
