Hey everyone, im a recent college graduate looking to get involved in real estate investment. Trying to research the in's and out's of REI right now soo in the near future ill be fully prepared for success.
Biggest concern now is finding out everything to know about financing and the different avenues to use. As a young college grad dont really have alot of money in the bank and credit history. So this seems like its gonna be my biggest hurdle to overcome.
