Hello all you real estate enthusiast out there, my name is Audrey Cranmer and I am local investor in San Diego California, don't be jealous of the weather, the rumors are true. :) I am excited to be joining you all on this journey of education to elevation, final destination financial freedom.  As a new member to BiggerPockets I wanted to introduce myself and feel free to reach out to me if you are like me navigating these waters for the first time or are experienced and looking to understand a new market!
