Hi, All.

Greetings from AUSTRALIA. I'm hoping to invest in real estate in the US. I'm retired and would love to come visit and maybe live there eventually, but most of all, I want to leave an inheritance for my kids.

Have been considering this for some time, but it's hard to get started, so I will learn all I can and be very grateful for any advice and help along the way.
