I've been looking into becoming a rehabber in Canada and it seems to be a very promising venture!!!

I'm a general contractor and I do most of my work myself (from finishing to electrical and plumbing).

I'm interested in networking with people in this form regarding (hard money loans and real estate deal strategies)

I'm looking at a couple of residential properties right now that seem to be a good prospect and looking for some input.
