New BP Member - Fort Wayne IN
Hey everyone, I recently joined BP and after lurking and reading tons a great information I've finally gotten around to posting .
Currently I own a rental property (former primary residence) which seems to be doing quite well.
I'm looking to purchase another property (SFH) in the next 6 months along with a partner, and am feeling the pressure of doing so with other people's money. (Haha Is this something that ever goes away?)
