Hello, bigger pockets members my name is Tyler Ford. My dad and I are getting started in flipping real estate in Tulsa, Oklahoma. My father has flipped a few houses several years ago so we have a basic understanding of what we are getting into as far as what to look for and what to expect in the renovation process although we know there is much to learn. We started an LLC with the thought of protecting our personal lives if things were to go south for us. Any advice or pointers will be greatly appreciated as we make our first step into securing our first investment.
