Hi, I'm Jeremy Payne
Hello BP Community! My name is Jeremy Payne and I'm new to BP and real estate investing! I'm a water resources engineer from Columbia, MD and am looking to buy my first property within the next year. I'm looking to start with a small multi-family property within the Baltimore, Maryland area to live in and renovate, before moving on to larger multi-family properties. I'd love to meet up with any other investors within the Baltimore area and I'm excited to begin my real estate journey!

@Jeremy Payne yest there is a meetup in Baltimore, more that one in fact. The one you have probably heard about is the BWI meetup. I only mentioned the Columbia one because you are in Columbia. i have only been to that one once.
There are also many others. Anne Arundle REI Meetup, MAREIA, Balt REIA, MDREIA, Caza, The Real Deal Meetup, Sherman Ragland's group in Upper Marlboro, and Mark Owens' Friday Lunches at Spirits West 2601 Wilkens ave in Baltimore.
Mark's lunch is not any kind of official group, any one can just show up and know others will be that to chat and network with.
