Newbie from Los Angeles

Hi Everyone,

I am a newbie from Los Angeles. I am just now starting out on this wild ride of wholesaling. The entire business sparked my interest. I have a full time job supervising banking/financial professionals on a corporate job. I have a BBA degree and I am a MPA grad student. My goal is to achieve financial independence with honest investment strategies that produce long term cash-flow.
