Hey there kids!!  Long time lurker, First time poster.

Currently live in Morristown, NJ. Just today, I've submitted my first offer for a potential triplex house hack in Somerset County, NJ.  Since my roommate has lead me to BP about a year ago, I've listened to just about all of the podcasts.  

If/When this deal goes through, plan is to slowly renovate (just needs paint and updating) over the next year. After that, the plan is to buy another small multifamily in eastern PA for my mom to live, who recently retired.

I also just wanted to say thanks to BP for creating all this wonderful content, as well as the super supportive community!!
