Hello from Orange County!
Hi everyone,
My name is Bo and I am a newbie from La Habra, California (Orange County). I joined BP about a year ago before buying my first home and the amount of information was overwhelming and I did not fully immerse myself until about a month ago when I watched a BP podcast (90 day challenge). This inspired me to take action and I really felt like REI was a great opportunity to create passive income and achieve financial independence.
I have minimal experience in real estate (purchased a townhome in early 2017), and I would love to meet people who are like-minded and learn more from your experiences. I work as a Consultant for a CPA firm and my goal is to buy atleast 1 property in 2018 with a goal of 5 by 2020. I want to learn more about BRRRR, Turn-key investing among others.
