Hello BiggerPockets Community,
My name is Victor Adewunmi (Add-uh-woo-me). I have no direct experience with Real Estate, other than currently preparing to pass the Real Estate exam. I currently work full time for a stock brokerage firm.
It's been close to a year now and I am excited to follow my dream of financial freedom. Because I need experience and resources, my goal is to earn enough in commissions to find my first "House Hack" opportunity and continue to expand from there. Ultimately, I am working toward using the BRRRR strategy in the future.
I found out about BiggerPockets through an old friend who was a coworker. We've since lost touch but I took the time to really listen to several BP podcasts and position myself to create a start.
I am looking forward to creating and developing relationships along the way. One day I can help someone too.
