Good Morning BP community,
My name is Jason Reyna and I am so grateful for all the information that is put out and the advanced network of passionate investors developed here. This is my first post and I am eager to began my investing career and lifestyle. I found BiggerPockets from a recommendation by a colleague and never looked back. My current location is Las Vegas, Nevada. As for investing my experience is somewhat limited. My participation in the rehabs done by my parents, was limited to the actual labor with renovating, which I would like to do myself now. I am presently in the process of developing a network of individuals to help be successful and minimize mistakes in this endeavor. I have several options for financing, in order to purchase my first flip. I am interested in any property type that makes sense. Mostly I am just trying to get my name out there to seek mentors and show my value. Feel free to reach out if you have any desire to meet and talk as I am trying to learn but also give back as I know nothing in life is truly free. Thanks again.
