GREETINGS B.P FAMILY! Name:Freddy Payano LOCATION:LONG ISLAND NY Hope everyone is well & prospering! I’m a Newbie to Real Estate and I’m trying to purchase my FIRST residential Rental Property by the end of 2018! I’m reading books and searching every crack of the B.P website but I’d love to be able to sit with Someone and pick their brain about their experiences in the Long Island market to get as much knowledge as possible and some direction would be appreciated if that comes out of the conversation. I’m willing to BRING THE MOST VALUE I can up front to learn and if you need an INTERN I can do that as well.
