Hello I'm new here
Hi, I am very new to real estate investing. I am currently looking for my first flip.
The plan so far is to contract out as little labor as humanly possible and buy something thats hopefully at least 10% undervalue. Ok I'm getting a little ahead of myself, of course there is more of a plan than that, but thats the basic idea thus far...
