Hello Everyone:
My name is Marcelo Bermudez and am currently the President of Figueroa Capital Group. I look forward to being a resource in answering questions on commercial real estate finance (debt and equity), asset management, property management, work-outs, international mortgages, and all things CRE.
I have been in the industry for almost 11 years starting out in the design/build construction arena and then transitioning to finance four years ago. I love what I do!
