My name is George. I've been a regular member of BP for a while but never engaged the community. I regret not doing so, earlier, because I was taught that nothing is free and yet the knowledge and experience I've seen online is mind blowing! I've been interested in real estate since Carleton Sheets mesmorized me. I even have Robyn Thompson's DVD set. I used to have a RE license but gave it back to Texas when I discovered sales wasn't quite my rodeo. I know there is a way to become wealthy with real estate. My current plan is to generate $10,000 per month in income after I've created a business plan. I want to learn, I want to get involved, and then I want to share my experience with anyone willing to listen.
