New investor from NC/TN
I’m not really new, been a member for almost 3 years but took a break and now wanted to reintroduce myself. In 2017, I started an LLC and was close to buying my first flip. However, I chickened out (hard money scared me) and ended up buying a move in ready home with my wife.
On the bright side, if I decided to move, I live in the middle of 4 college campuses so renting it should be easy.
But I am now looking to buy my first flip in 2018, in Greensboro/Triad area and/or Nashville/Middle Tennessee Area. Looking for agents and partners. I look forward to reconnecting with you all.
