Hi all, I am a new BP member, looking to learn the ways of residential real estate investing. I currently have a former home (a single family residence) that I am renting out after moving to a new home. I would like to learn more about buy-and-hold rentals, as well as flips. I am concentrating currently on the 30032 ad 30034 zipcodes, but exploring other areas as well. Any guidance would be appreciated!
