Newbie CPA from Richmond VA
Hello everyone! My name is Matthew Cuff and I am a CPA from the Richmond VA area. I started to listening to the podcast and have become really excited about the wealth building opportunities Real Estate provides. I always used to notice at the accounting firm I worked at that most of our richest clients built most of their wealth in Real Estate, but it never occurred to me to try to do that myself. Having probably listened to 200 BP podcasts and reading a couple books I am pretty inspired to try it myself.
My Goal in the next year is to continue to learn all I can about Investing in real estate and hopefully close on a deal by the end of 2018. If anyone has any questions relating to taxes or bookkeeping please send me a message and I would be happy to give you my best answer.
