Hey there everyone! I’m a realtor w Coldwell Banker. I’ve been a realtor for about 4 years and have done VERY well. In my previous life, I flipped houses with my then husband and loved it. Now that I know the other side of the market, I want to make that knowledge work for me. This year, I bought my first fixer upper that will become a rental (living in it now while renovating). I’d like to leverage the money I’m making selling real estate to start my own investing. I’d be happy to get together with anyone in the area that has had success!
