New Investor from Wisconsin
Hey BP Community!
My Name is Tyler Fuchs and I am new to real estate investing. I purchased a vacant lot in 2015 to eventually build a house for myself but now I might use it for an investment opportunity. I am currently a physical education teacher and soccer and basketball coach. During the summer, I drive semi as well.
My goals for real estate are to obtain rental properties to establish passive income as well as flip houses.
I was introduced to Bigger Pockets by my friend who is my business partner. I have been listening to the podcasts as well as reading a couple of books.
I enjoy meeting new people and learning from the best of the best. I am excited to be joining such a large community of knowledgeable investors who are very educated and have been successful!
