Hi All - A huge Boston HELLO!! I am a new investor (started in 2017) in the Boston area and have two properties besides my primary residence in Chelsea, MA. My total profile is worth $1.3M including my primary residence. The cash flow from the two properties is $800/ month combined.
I am looking for folks nearby who are interested in connecting and sharing ideas about Boston area investing. There are a lot of crazy construction activities happening in Chelsea (new silver line to downtown, GE office, FBI building, new casinos etc).
