Newbie from Vero Beach, Florida
Hello to all from Vero Beach on the Treasure Coast of Florida. I am a new investor looking to find an assignment/wholesaling course written by a non-guru investor with excellent experience who has decided to stay under the radar for personal reasons, but has a course for sale. Examples might be Bill Vaughn from Maine, or Alfred Alonso from South Florida. If someone could direct me to the appropriate forum to make this request, that would be great. Also looking for a little mentoring either with the course, or locally in exchange for bird-dogging, due diligence, or?
