Hi My name is james Wynn. I am new to Bigger Pockets and new to the Baltimore area. I am interested in getting started with some multi-family properties in or around Baltimore. Is there anyone who can direct me to the right place to start. i have already looked at some listings and actually viewed a property. I think I may want to make an offer but not sure.
