New to BP...Hi my name is....

Hello BP. I am new to BP but not totally new to real estate investing. I purchased a few properties 14 years ago but had to close shop as a result of the business partner. Life changed, took a more positive direction, and now I am here starting over...(but that is ok).

Now I have a great partner (aka wife), who is very supportive, and I am ready to jump into RE full time.

I am a member of an area REIA.

I am looking to start be wholesaling and quick fix/flips to build capital for large multi-units.

I am in the Delaware Valley Area (Philadelphia, South Jersey, Delaware).

Any advice or information is greatly appreciated.
