I'm just getting started with real estate and bigger pockets

Hello everyone  in the Bigger Pockets  family .  My name is Michael Kirkwood and I am a newbie from Berkeley California .  I'm in the retail industry and have been sold for the past 10 years  I just was recently married and have 3 children . Being that I'm new to real estate I have been trying out a whole selling strategy to build up capital  and reading just about everything I can get my hands on .  My real estate goals are to eventually Buy and Hold as many properties as possible as well as developing .  I would greatly appreciate any input or tips  to help me along my journey  and I am glad to be a part of this community
