Not looking to leave my full-time job, but instead get started in investing in real estate with a focus on long-term buy and hold strategy. I like my day job but love the idea of tax-favored real estate as part of my investment portfolio.

 Listening to BP podcasts for a few months, now continuing my education. I'm going to check out forums and meetups to start connecting.

Any tips and recommendations are welcome!
