Newbie from Delray Beach

Hey everyone,

First off I want to say how awesome it is find a community as supportive and educational as you all here at BP. I haven't been on BP long but so far what I have seen is amazing. I do Door To Door Sales, and over my years doing that I've knocked on the doors of and met a handful of entrepreneurs telling me how lucrative REI can be (which is how I was actually introduced to BP.)

I was introduced to BP and REI over a year ago, but recently I've decided to commit to a future in Real Estate. I'm still super new. I've been engulfing my self with the forums and podcast over the last week. I just wanted to introduce myself and say how excited I am to start the journey and to get involved in the community. My goal is to build a network and get started in Flipping/Wholesaling. As time goes on and I learn those, I want to get in to Buy & Hold. I live in Delray Beach and would love to meet you all. I'm used to traveling for work so I'm interested to meet up with people all over south Florida.
