New Member in the DMV Area
Hello, I just wanted to introduce myself to the BiggerPockets Community. My name is Dominic Courtney. I stumbled upon BiggerPockets about a month ago. I have always been fascinated with real estate but only until now feel compelled that this it's something I should be doing. I have binged watched and read so many of the episodes of the podcast and am always amazed with all the information that is provided. I most likely will invest in the rental property side of things. I'm interested in the Texas, NC, MD and Georgia areas. I feel that there are many unfound gems of property in these areas, some that are turn key and some that would require some rehab. I will definitely be following the forums and hope to start attending local REI club meetings in my area soon. Thank You All and continue to have a prosperous new year in real estate.
