Hello there, 

My name is Dale Kuhn, and I'm just getting started here on BiggerPockets. I'm really impressed with the podcasts, and I've just finished reading Brandon Turner's The Book On Rental Properties. It was an excellent read! I'm a Pediatric Nurse in New London County specializing in children with developmental disabilities. I love my job. I'm also an aspiring Real Estate Investor. I will be looking to purchase a duplex in the Norwich/New London CT area in the not so distant future. My Goal, after about year getting my feet wet and hopefully building some equity in my duplex via the federal 203k loan, is to get into some SFR flipping. Hope to buy some distressed properties with a mix of own funds, and a hard money loan. I also want to purchase additional duplex/triplex's In the area for a more steady income. Always love to hear from like minded people in the area!

Welcome to the site. I have a couple four family buildings in New London and one in Mystic. I started a small meetup of real estate investors in southeastern, Ct. We me at the Groton Public Library and our next meeting is on the 23rd from 6 to 8 in meeting room 4.
