Newbie Randy from Houston
Hello - I have just found this site and like what I have read so far. I am very new to real estate and am looking to learn, learn and learn some more. My hope is to be able to purchase homes using sub-to's and lease options (at least everything I have read elsewhere leads me to believe that's what I'm interested in) so that I can make a living for myself and my family. I would like to find a mentor who will be able and willing to share their knowledge and skill with me but know that is a difficult task. Tank you in advance for any and all help I may receive from all of you on this site.
